Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a flexible return policy to give you peace of mind. Please read through our policy before initiating a return so that you understand our requirements and procedures.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide you with further instructions and return shipping information, if necessary.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [your email address] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable and will be sent back to you if returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Personal care items such as cosmetics, toiletries, or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  • Underwear or intimate apparel
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [your email address], and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and receive the replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your email address].

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
